Led by our dedicated volunteers, these Foundation-affiliated Local RLS Support Groups provide the opportunity to connect with others in your local community through either in-person and/or virtual meetings.

RLS Foundation Virtual Support Group Program

This Foundation-hosted RLS support program provides an online opportunity for community support, regardless of your location with meetings scheduled weekly. All meetings are free to attend and are easily accessible using your personal device.

Accessible online 24/7, this public forum provides a virtual space for mutual support and an opportunity to find answers and information provided by the RLS community. The Board is monitored by volunteer Discussion Board Moderators who can help connect you with the information you are seeking. Read and comment on previous discussion threads covering common topics or start your own discussion thread to get input on topics that concern you. Please note that the Discussion Board requires a separate login from this website.
