If you or a loved one is affected by restless legs syndrome and are seeking a safe space to connect with others facing similar challenges, we invite you to take part in local or virtual support opportunities provided through RLS Foundation patient support programs.

Led by our dedicated volunteers, these active Foundation-affiliated Local RLS Support Groups provide the opportunity for support within your local community through meetings held either in-person and/or virtually.

Meeting frequency and format varies by group and upcoming meeting details are also available on our Foundation events webpage. To learn more about a specific group or upcoming meeting, please contact the listed leader for the selected group below.

This Foundation-hosted RLS support program provides an accessible opportunity tor community support, regardless or your location. with routine meetings occurring monthly, all meetings are free to attend and are easiy accessible using your personal device
