Publications & Brochures

The RLS Foundation produces a wide variety of publications each year to help us achieve our mission to "increase awareness, improve treatments, and, through research, find a cure." Each of the publications below can be downloaded for free on our website as a PDF. You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view the publications. This is a free program and you can download a copy by clicking here. Feel free to print a copy of our publications or contact the Foundation at rlsfoundation@rls.org to obtain a print copy. (Please note that some materials are only available online.) Also, we are not able to send hard copies to countries outside of the U.S. and Canada. 

Living with Restless Legs Syndrome
This 16-page booklet describes the features of RLS, provides possible causes of the condition, discusses who RLS affects, and explains different treatment options for the syndrome. We recommend this for anyone who lives with RLS, suspects they may have RLS, or has a family member or friend with RLS. RLS Patient Sleep Diary
Use this RLS Foundation Sleep Diary to keep a log of your daily symptoms and share it with your healthcare provider. It may help you identify conditions and patterns that make your RLS worse or it may help a qualified healthcare provider give you the proper diagnosis.
